CHIMITEX S.p.A. is a private Italian Company, specialized in the

sale and distribution of a wide range of chemicals products

used in different fields: textile, chemical, pharmaceutical,

food, metallurgic, water treatment and purification,

refineries, etc.).

Annually we handle about 300,000 tons of chemicals,

doing over 35,000 deliveries, with a turnover

of about 60,000,000 Euros.

We have been working in this field since 1946

In order to offer the best possible service to the customers,

we believe that the distinctive feature of a distributor

is its logistics: on a total area of 45,000 sqm,

we have a permanent stock of over 300 products;

a storage for liquid products with an overall capacity of 14,000 m³;

own fleet for transport consisting of stainless steel-and coated tank trucks;

All means of transportation are licensed in accordance with

the national and international regulations for the transport of

hazardous materials. Chimitex is certified

by CERTIQUALITY from February 1997 and actually has the

UNI EN ISO 9001:2008; furthermore, the company is evaluated like

distributor SQAS/EASD (CEFIC SQAS Database n. 40577).

Chimitex has participated to the ``Responsible Care Process''

in AssICC area; Chimitex is engaged to manage

the activities of the own company, in particular

regarding the manipulation, handling and

storage of chemical products, enacting a continuous improvement

of the safety level, safeguard of health

and protection of the environment in the area of

own activities in relation to employees, suppliers and customers.
